Like so many other groups, we have had to cancel a multitude of events, including performances by the Dunedin Concert Band. One of those events was the Pinellas Festival of Community Bands.

Although there are now lots of options for performers to record themselves and contribute to a virtual ensemble, we'd like to do something a little different...

A Virtual Community Band Festival

Date: Saturday, June 20 beginning at 1pm Eastern (USA)
Location: The Dunedin Music Society's Facebook Page

No matter where you are, together, we can keep our performers and audiences engaged with familiar and new repertoire, and feel free to wander around without disturbing any music-making!

I'll have a chat with you, your Conductor, or any other representative of the band via Zoom, we'll watch a YouTube or Vimeo video or two (up to 7 mins total) of your group, and then finish with another chat. We'll take care of all the tech once we have your video links.

Because this event is online, any adult community band from anywhere can participate! 

No fee to participate, but perhaps some of your supporters might like to make a donation.
