Gig Room is an audio-video conferencing application that provides musicians the ability to collaborate and play in real time.

This resource was created specifically for musicians to address the delays experienced by other video conferencing solutions (such as Facetime, Google Meet, Skype, Zoom, etc.), without a third-party middleware application. The application virtually eliminates latency (delay or lag) when conferencing, a requirement for effective, live music rehearsals.

Clinician: Terry Lowry

Composer, conductor and pianist Terry Lowry is the Conductor and Music Director of the Carroll Symphony Orchestra, the Carrollton Jazz Orchestra, the Carrollton Wind Ensemble, and the Carroll Symphony Youth Orchestra. He is also the Organist and Music Director at St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church in Atlanta. His concert career has spanned 4 decades and has taken him to many of the great cities and concert halls of North America and Europe. An active recording artist, his music may be heard on all the major streaming platforms. He lives with his wife Tara and their five children in Carrollton, a suburb of Atlanta.
